Welcome to our PodCast (SASHALLA) - DECODING CORPORATE AMERICA (ERICA). I am Erica and I am Sashalla

SASHALLA: 

We are here to invite you into a casual and candid conversation between two professionals who have been in the game for a really long time and we won’t try and date ourselves.  Across multiple sectors and have a unique view on navigating one’s career. Our goal is to inspire and empower others during times of adversity.

ERICA:

As it is January, we plan to talk about things that are relevant to you during this time as a corporate professional.  We plan to talk about Performance Review, Objective Settings, Promotions and The Pandemic and self care tips while working from home.  

SASHALLA: 

We are here to bring you weekly content around these topics and reflect on current events.  Sometimes we will have special guests to give their view on the topics of discussion.

We know everyone is busy so it’ll be 15 minutes per episode.  So listen to us in the car, while grocery shopping, while you’re cooking like me when I listen to most podcasts or anytime.
